I'm Spartacus... No! I'm Spartacus

With the recent discoveries made by the stomach in the field of massive quantities of cheap meat, something needed to be done to prevent us looking like an American. Enter Spartacus, a circuit training program I found on menshealth.com. Spartacus comprises 10 stations to the circuit, with 60 seconds spent on each station and 15 seconds of rest between. To complete the workout the circuit must be done 3 times. Stations are balanced to work the entire body, however, there seems to be a focus on leg workouts. Consequently, after trying it, walking was an issue for a day or so. However, it promises to burn enough calories that eating pulled pork all day shouldn't be an issue. The challenge to myself and the other writer's here is to stick with this program until April to see if we can get ripped without ever entering a gym.
